Nov 2, 2022 · I gave my enemies a 3 wide path to come thru with about a 6 block walk then 180 degree snake 3 times. I tried missiles but they were destroying my own walls. With all 4 armed survivors on towers or platforms it is easy base defense, I say 4 because I have yet to recruit a 5th.

Nov 27, 2022 · Make sure there is at least two empty squares on all areas so the bugs have a clear path to you. Mine usually starts at about 15x10, but I build off it real early. Build it how you want and leave room for expansion. Put your food farms down the sides so the turrets can protect them.

You can attack those shrieker nests very early on with just scraps and laser pistols, just task your workers to build a strategic line of traps to catch all of them and use the soldier to lure them and run behind the traps to stun them and finish them off (or let them bleed to death).
