Adam-12 is one of the best cop shows that started in the 1960's. It was a spinoff from Dragnet that starred Jack Webb. Also, Emergency! spun off from Adam-12 in 1971. Adam-12 was featured on both Dragnet and Emergency! All theses great shows Jack Webb executive produced lasted a long time on TV.
