And the best settings I found for me so far are, suvivors spawn rate at the lowest. 5% or 0% chance of spawning with guns (because there is always a guy with a shotgun making noise at 2 in the morning attracting zeds). Super Survivors Despawn. So I have had a decent base up and running, with both Super Survivors and ORGM enabled. Everything was working fine for 18 in-game days, but after that my survivors started disappearing. When I would give the order to follow, they would respond in their last position but no longer there.

Prepare for the first half a day to full day to be laggy. For some reason when I spawn in fresh it's really slow. Don't do the prison spawn. Starts really laggy.

I managed to get all of them to join my group but a horde of zombies had encircled us. I handed them a weapon each but they just stood there and got eaten while I ran away to try drag them with me.
