I dont lane with Kha but there are some laning playstyles where W is maxed and evolved 1st. Also evolving E when you are not snowballing is really bad. You need to take advantage of the reset or the ability will feel kinda useless. evolving r basically means 4 additional seconds of invisibility. plus the passive which is extra dmg and slow. compare it with evolve w. w only gives ever so slightly more poke and more slow. slow u really dont need, ur passive slows, ur dusk slows, serylda slows, most of the time u can kill the target in less than 2 seconds and theres no running away in less than 2 seconds with or without ...
