I've always used the Mobil 1 4T 10w-40 motorcycle oil.. it's designed just for motorcycles and wet clutches... It's good stuff, i've never had a problem with it. Sold all the quads and dirt bikes... Current toy is a 2011 Charger R/T.it has a dry sump system, which pumps the oil into the tank. then back to the oil pump for lubrication of the engine. some engines let the tank drain back into the crankcase fast. then when you check the tank it's empty, but the oil is in the engine. so you add to the tank and run it, it fills the tank which is overfilled now.1.
