Sep 1, 2023 · "Grab Still" works in the Edit Timeline, but exporting an image would likely have to happen out of the COLOR page as the application was originally designed with using these images as reference for color correction. You know, because Resolve was originally designed to do that as its primary function. Cannot select Anamorphic or 4:3 SD for project properties. I've run across what must be a newbie snag when trying to create a new project. When I create a project, and then go into its properties, seemingly no matter what resolution combination I choose, neither 16:9 nor 4:3 is available to me as an option. They display, but are "greyed out."Make sure the oval icon on the far left (just to the left of the speaker icon) below the viewer is off. When it's red, titles and subtitles won't appear. Hello, sometimes I need a single frame as a kind of snapshot out of a clip. Let's explain: I need to take a source clip into the source viewer, Jog/Dial to a specific frame in the clip, the I need to export this single frame as an image (TIFF /JPG / BMP or whatever) How can I do this in Resolve from the Edit Tab / Timeline ? I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. Sometimes, I can force conform the clip from the Media Pool, and that will take care of the situation, sometimes when I try to do that, the clip on the timeline turns in to a still frame which is very odd.
