Hello, I recently purchased a G43. I added the Taran Tactical +2 mag extension, I had a failure to feed the last round when using Federal HST 147 grain hollow points P9HST2. I thought the issue might be the mag extensions, so I purchased 2 new magazines and headed to the range again. I had another failure to feed on one of the last rounds again.

Got thru about 35 rounds and trigger didn’t reset. Pull slide back 1/2” and trigger resets. Keep going and it happened about 8 times out of 100 rounds. I made sure my finger was pulling off trigger every time, not that it should matter. Slide gets hotter than any of my other glocks as well. This is with oem mags and 124 grain ammo. I don't remember when this gin was new and running irons. Have a 507k on it now.
