Am I a bad employee. For some backstory, I've been working in retail at Cracker Barrel for almost 4 months now, and it's been a terrific experience so far. Everyone has been great to work with, including the managers. I love the guests, and the atmosphere. You'd think I'd still love working there, but lately I've been feeling so discouraged.
