It's a Hardcore survival setup so use Stealth and take your time. Zombies and animals are tougher, loot is both vanilla and modded loot but it is limited, you won't find good gear everywhere, you need to spend time and effort to find it. The 74 is just the wrong choice. It does less health and shock damage than the others with the handling stats being identical. Positives being it can have a 45 round mag. The norther map is for early spawn PvP, mid map gets more geared PvP and the south is for bases and PvE. You'll find yourself having to fight animals a lot more.
