Then I worked for this Walgreens company as an RxOM for $22.50 pay. I worked sixty hours. let me tell you - it is not worth it. I literally left because of how disgusting the break room microwave was. Luckily, I did so on good terms and kept relationships. Now I am working a long-termcare job for $22/hr again.
They're essentially like an "asm" of the pharmacy. They're in charge of the metrics and the discipline and training of the technicians as well as scheduling, etc. I'd say they're probably at the same level as a staff pharmacist but they can discipline where as before only the pharmacy mgr could discipline. 9.
