a pair of 72ish mm turbos would easily hit the mark at 16-18psi flywheel. since you wanna do this on pump gas, i'd suggest turning the engine harder and lowering your boost target to 12-14psi for reliability's sake. E85 and 20 psi shouldn't be a problem though at all.cam and manifold package for 7500rpm will get it done.With a 532 and a single 106 , I'd retard that! you could run naturally aspirated cam and still spool the turbo.
