I have my 06 Acura TL with 279,000 plus miles. I'm running Super S high mileage 5w30 and just 5 ozs of STP high mileage oil treatment in there. Oil consumption for the 10-13 MDX is a big issue that is caused by oil clogged rings around the pistons. Acura had an extended warranty for the fix; but, that expired years ago (replace the rings and cylinders for free).
